The team at Pioneer 1031 brings years of experience in the title and escrow world to all of our exchanges. Our Dedicated professionals include former real estate agents, title and escrow officers, and legal advisers. We understand the real estate business with all its financial and legal subtleties, and expertly guide our clients through the exchange process. As always, we offer free consultations in person or over the phone.

At Pioneer 1031, we can coordinate exchanges with any title or escrow company in the United States. We work closely with everyone involved in the transaction and maintain an open line of communication with real estate agents, tax advisors, attorneys, escrow officers and lenders to eliminate missteps.

Mr. Hamilton received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University Law School cum laude and his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Washington cum laude. Mr. Hamilton joined the Pioneer 1031 Company in 2002 and assumed the role of General Counsel. He is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Pioneer 1031 Company and the Pioneer Title family of companies. Mr. Hamilton previously practiced law in the private sector focusing primarily on Business and Real Estate transactions and litigation. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Real Property Section as well as a board member of the Idaho Land Title Association and the Children's Home Society of Idaho.

Bobbie joined Pioneer Title in July 2005 as an Assistant Banking Coordinator. She brings over 10 years of banking and customer service experience to the 1031 team. Bobbie can effectively handle complex banking transactions with a positive and high-energy attitude. Providing our clients with the time and attention they deserve is one of many attributes Bobbie brings to the company.

Allissa started with Pioneer Title in 2010 in the Foreclosure Department and then moved into Escrow in 2011.   Her knowledge, skills and abilities as an Escrow Assistant for 6 years lead her to Pioneer 1031 in 2017.  Allissa models and shares the Pioneer Family core values of Customer Focus, Excellence, Leadership and Integrity. She also has a key understanding of the touchpoints on a 1031 exchange file and ensures that the process and requirements are met.

As a native Idahoan, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Political Science focusing on Law and Governmental Procedure from Boise State University. She was a member of BSU’s nationally ranked Talkin’ Broncos Speech and Debate team, improving her communication and critical thinking skills – winning numerous speaker awards, including being ranked in Public Debate (IPDA). Lauren started with Pioneer Title Company in July 2019 before joining Pioneer 1031 Company in December of the same year as the Banking Coordinator. She later passed her Certified Exchange Specialist exam through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators in 2023. Lauren is qualified to handle complex banking transactions and analyze intricate tax exchanges. She can communicate the nuances of 1031 transactions in a relatable and easy-to-understand manner when working with an exchange and client. Outside of the office, Lauren loves to read and cuddle up with her old English Bulldogge, Ziggy.
